Book Your Next Event at the Pavilion
The Bronx has a waterfront landmark unlike anything else in New York City, and it’s now open for private and corporate bookings. Whether you’re planning a full conference, a corporate gala, a cocktail reception, a wedding or an intimate private dinner, the Pavilion offers three distinct spaces across one building, scaling from 50 to 250 guests.
Orchard Beach Pavilion, recently restored to its full 1930s Art Deco grandeur, sits directly on the Bronx waterfront in Pelham Bay. Since 1936 the building has stood as one of the city’s most distinctive architectural landmarks, and now it’s available to host your next event.
Pavilion Hall
The grand main hall is the heart of the building, with soaring ceilings and sweeping waterfront views. It’s built for weddings, conferences, kick offs and corporate galas, and holds up to 250 guests, making it the space to anchor a full scale event.
Upper South Balcony
An elevated, covered terrace overlooking the water, the Upper South Balcony is suited to cocktail receptions, meetings and corporate gatherings. It accommodates up to 150 guests and gives every event open air waterfront views without losing cover overhead.
Upper North Hall
For something more intimate, the Upper North Waiting Room offers private dining, board meetings and corporate lunches surrounded by the building’s original Art Deco detail. It holds up to 150 guests and suits events that call for a quieter, more focused setting.
Ideal for Corporate Events
Beyond weddings and celebrations, Orchard Beach Pavilion is an ideal setting for offsites, team builders and sales kickoffs. The combination of indoor and outdoor space, waterfront views and a landmark building gives teams a setting away from the standard conference room.
Flexible by Design
With three venues under one roof, Orchard Beach Pavilion scales to fit the event. Catering and vendors are flexible, so you can build the event around what you need.
